We greatly enjoyed the queen size bed as it was comfortable. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

Had good sleep at the queen room. Found Santa Panza, set only a short distance to the hotel, ate there a few times.

The street outside is quite noisy.

Excellent base for celebrations in New York. Room was a good value. We loved everything of our stay there.

The staff in general very nice and friendly. Modern and functional hotel. Very good location to go to the city center. Recommended

We would have liked to have offered some breakfast in the price of the room.

Beautiful facade. Pleasant and cozy rooms. It has a room downstairs where you can rest and relax. Great staff.

The area looks dangerous even though nothing ever happened to us. Every day we saw guests smoking marijuana in the hotel and making a fuss in the rooms. Nothing serious happened anyway.

Clean venue, modern. You get a $3 per person per day breakfast bonus. In the middle of two subway stations, about 3 or 4 blocks from each one, with the J and M lines that leave in Manhattan in 15 minutes.

The neighborhood, it's not nice, especially at night. If you're late, I recommend Uber. Noise of the train passing by the door, although we had a room in the back where you could hardly hear it. I recommend you to ask for a back room.

They only spoke English at the reception. If you don't have a good level of English it's a problem if something out of the ordinary comes up. In this aspect they were not very worried about trying to give a solution to the communication, even having staff in the cafeteria and maintenance that, as we saw later, if they spoke Spanish. We were required to pay by credit card, we did not know when we made the reservation, is an increase because the banks charge a significant commission. We were prepared with a special debit or commission card that we had made and we could not use it there. breakfast was good, everything was precooked, packed, good. Coffee, juice, pastries, cereals, yogurt, wrap, etc. They made the bed and replaced the amenities in the bathroom, toilet inside was not cleaned throughout the room and they do not have a toilet brush. It may not always be like that, that's what we saw. rest of the cleaning of the room was fine. If you go my many days you miss a bar to hang the hangers other than the wall rack of the room.

What we liked the least was that in a room on our same floor they were making noises and going in and out, going up and down by elevator etc. until 4 or 5 am and nobody called their attention to them. I went out twice to ask them to let us rest but nothing ... and the other is that in the block of the hotel there were always drunk or junkies .. Like nothing bad ever happened.

room was very small and bathroom had a transparent wall, so those in the room could see what you were doing in the shower. surroundings of the hotel are dirty, it seems a marginal area. You still have markets and restaurants nearby. subway station is a few steps away.
